The Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Society has extended the TSRJC CET application till April 23, 2025. The Telangana TSRJC CET applications were started on March 24, 2025. Students can fill out the TSRJC application form by visiting the official website. The payment window for the TSRJC application fee has been opened from March 24 to April 24, 2025. The TSRJC examination will be conducted on May 10, 2025, from 10 AM to 12:30 PM.
The Telangana State Residential Junior Colleges Common Entrance Test (TSRJC CET-2025) is conducted by the Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSREIS) to facilitate admissions into TS Intermediate First-Year courses in residential Junior Colleges. The TREI Society operates 35 residential junior colleges across Telangana (15 for boys, 20 for girls).
TSRJC residential junior colleges provide an intensive, residential educational experience. Each student receives personalised attention, supported by a "loco parent" system where lecturers act as mentors. The daily schedule is rigorous, beginning with physical exercise and continuing with academic activities from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Beyond academics, the colleges prioritise sports, games, and co-curricular activities to ensure holistic student development. To apply for Telangana residential junior admission into the first year of Intermediate education at the 35 Telangana Residential Junior Colleges for the 2025-26 academic year, candidates must complete the TSRJC common entrance examination application online through the official website, tsrjdc.cgg.gov.in. The online Telangana residential junior college application process involves several key steps:
Eligibility Check: Candidates must carefully review the eligibility criteria to ensure they meet all the requirements for the TSRJC-CET 2025.
Fee Payment: The TSRJC Telangana CET application fee of Rs 200 must be paid online via credit card or other payment gateways.
Preliminary Data Entry: At the online center or payment gateway, candidates will provide basic information such as their name, date of birth, and mobile number.
Journal Number Generation: Upon successful fee payment, a Journal Number will be issued. This number confirms fee receipt but does not signify TSRJC CET application completion.
Model TSRJC application form: Candidates are advised to complete the model application form before filling the online form for practice, added below.
SSC Candidates: Students appearing for the March and April 2025 SSC board examinations must also submit online TSRJC CET applications.
Online CET TSRJC application submission: Candidates must follow the instructions in the information bulletin and those provided online. A scanned photograph (3.5 x 4.5 cm) is required for upload.
Course selection: Candidates must select their desired course during the application, as this choice cannot be changed later.
Certificate availability: While certificates are not required at the time of the TSRJC junior college application, original documents (caste, income, study, special category) must be presented during counseling.
TSRJC application printout: Upon online submission, candidates should print a copy of the TSRJC junior college application, which includes a reference number needed to download the hall ticket. This copy should be retained for future reference.
Candidate Responsibility: Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the application.
Ineligible TSRJC applications: Telangana junior college applications from ineligible candidates will be rejected.
Original Certificates: Selected candidates must produce original certificates at the time of admission.

Filling out the Telangana Junior Residential College application form:
Enter personal details such as name, date of birth, and contact information.

The Telangana junior college admission process adheres to the government's reservation policies, which are subject to periodic updates. It is important to note that the residential nature of the program currently lacks specialised faculty for teaching visually impaired, hearing-impaired, and speech-impaired candidates. Additionally, the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) reservation is applicable.
To be eligible for Telangana junior college admission, candidates must meet the following criteria:
They must be Indian citizens and have completed their previous studies within the state of Telangana.
They must have passed their qualifying examination (S.S.C. or equivalent) in their first attempt in March 2025. Candidates who passed in prior years are ineligible.
For general category (OC) candidates, a minimum GPA of 6 is required in the qualifying examination. Backward Class (BC), Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and minority candidates must have a minimum GPA of 5. Additionally, all candidates must achieve a minimum GPA of 4 in English.
The TS junior college common entrance test will be conducted at the District Head Quarters of: 1) Adilabad, 2) Warangal, 3) Karimnagar, 4) Khammam, 5) Nizamabad, 6) Nalgonda, 7) Mahaboobnagar, 8) Hyderabad, 9) Ranga Reddy, 10) Sangareddy, 11) Siddipet, and 12) Medak. Candidates are permitted to choose their preferred examination center from this list.
The TSRJC entrance examination will be conducted in a bilingual format, with question papers provided in both Telugu and English. The test is an objective-type test, lasting 2.5 hours and carrying a total of 150 marks, distributed equally with 50 marks per subject.
Candidates will use OMR sheets to record their answers. TS junior college CET exam model question papers are accessible on the official website, http://tsrjdc.cgg.gov.in. The TSRJC CET examination syllabus will be based on the 10th Class Telangana state syllabus for the subject areas, and the English portion will assess general English proficiency.
Candidates must download their TSRJC CET hall tickets from the official website, tsrjc.cgg.gov.in, using their assigned reference number. The download window will be open in May 2025.
Telangana Junior College hall tickets will only be available for download online; no physical copies will be mailed.
Requests for duplicate TSRJC CET hall tickets will not be accepted.
Candidates without a valid hall ticket will not be permitted to take the examination.
Telangana Residential Junior College examination results will be published on the official website after the completion of the SSC Examinations 2025. Students can download the Telangana junior college results from the official website. After the result announcement, they have to attend the counselling.
