Rukmini Devi Public School (RDPS) was established in 1986 and affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). It is managed by Seth Pokhar Mal Educational Society. “The school integrates national and international aspects into the curriculum and is supported by cutting-edge infrastructure in order to provide a strong foundation for young pupils between the ages of 5 and 17 that will enable them to become active participants in lifetime learning and earning.” says Rukmini Devi Public School’s website. Rukmini Devi Public School recently organised a trip to Aeroplanet, for the class 4 students, where they received practical instruction and learned about the various parts of an aeroplane. Students were made aware of emergency evacuation procedures and search and rescue operations. Throughout an interesting and highly instructional session, they learned about a number of survival techniques. The students genuinely enjoyed and engaged in each and every activity.
