    The Directorate of Elementary Education, Odisha, released the official notification of the RTE Odisha Admission 2026. With the latest notice, the board has announced that the RTE Odisha registration 2026 to the 3rd round has been extended till July 1, 2026, from, and the 3rd lottery results will be announced on July 6, 2026. Earlier, the registration for the 3rd round was done from May 22 to June 15, 2026. Students can get the details of the RTE Odisha 2026 third round registration from the official website at rteparadarshi.odisha.gov.in.

    The RTE Odisha admission process is completed in two rounds to fill the 25% RTE quota seats. Since the seats remain vacant after the two rounds, a third round of online registration and the lottery process is being conducted. Students belonging to the EWS category and the disadvantaged group can take admissions under the RTE Act in private unaided schools.

    How to apply for the RTE Odisha Admission Form 2026-27?

    Follow the admission process and instructions given below to seek admission under the RTE Odisha scheme 2026-27:

    • Visit the official website at rtepardarshi.odisha.dov.in.

    • After that, click on the registration and then the student’s registration.

    • Fill out all the information correctly, such as the applicant’s name, parents' name, district, town/block and preferred schools within a 1 to 3 km radius of your residence.

    • Click on submit. The registration number will be sent to the registered number.

    • After that, fill in all necessary information and click on the ‘save and next’ button and then click on submit.

    Documents Required for the RTE Odisha Admission Form

    To apply for the RTE admission form 2026-27, parents must submit the required documents along with the application form and two copies of photos to the BEO office for verification.

    • Copy of application form

    • Birth certificate of the child

    • Latest two passport-size photos

    • Parent’s address certificate

    • Aadhar card/voter card of mother or father

    • Any poverty alleviation card issued by the govt. such as MGNREGA Beneficiaries, Biju Krishak Kalyan Beneficiaries, Rastriya Swasthaya Bima Yojna Beneficiaries, Certificate of income issued by the Tahsildar or any other competent authority.

    • Caste Certificate of the parent or father if they belong to SC/ST or EBC.

    • Medical document (disability/ HIV infected-affected children)

    • Documents are not mandatory for street children or children found begging.

    • Biju Krushak Kalyan card of migrant workers or landless agricultural labour.

    • Nirmaan Shramik Card for construction and road workers.

    • Death certificate for the child of a Martyr/War Widow.
