Rajasthan Scholarship 2025 - Eligibility, Dates, Registration Form

The Government of Rajasthan, Social Justice, and Empowerment Department released the Rajasthan Scholarship application form for students on November 14, 2024, in online mode. The ministry released the Rajasthan Scholarship 2024 application form on the official website. The last date of for filling the online application form is January 31, 2025. Students can fill out the form online through the Rajasthan Scholarship 2024 portal- sjmsnew.rajasthan.gov.in/scholarship/ or sso.rajasthan.gov.in.

Who can apply?

• Students belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category

• Applicants must be 35 years of age or younger

• Students must have completed their postgraduate studies from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks

• Students must have secured admission to a PhD program at a recognized university in India in a prescribed field:

  • Social Science

  • Public Administration

  • Law

  • Economics

  • Political Science

  • Anthropology

• Annual family income must not exceed INR 2,50,000

• Monthly stipend of INR 15,000 for a maximum of 3 years

Rajasthan Scholarship 2025 Eligibility

The eligibility refers to conditions that are to be followed by a student to apply for the SJE scholarship 2024. A student must check the eligibility criteria before applying for the Rajasthan Scholarship 2024. They should apply only if they are eligible, otherwise, their application can be rejected. The eligibility criteria for the Rajasthan 2024 scholarship are given below:

• Only class 11 and 12 students can apply for the scholarship.

• Students must be studying in a school affiliated with a recognized board.

• They must have a domicile of Rajasthan to apply for a post-matric scholarship in Rajasthan.

• Caste certificate of the student will be required.

Chief Minister Sarvajan Higher Education Scholarship Scheme Eligibility

Go through the below pointers to know the CM Sarvajan Higher Education Scholarship Scheme eligibility:

• The annual income of a student's parents must be less than Ra. 5 lakh.

• The student must have a domicile of Rajasthan to be eligible for this Scholarship.

• All regular class students can apply for the Rajasthan Scholarship 2024. The student must study under the courses conducted in National level educational institutions.

• All category/cast students are eligible.

How to Apply for the Rajasthan Scholarship 2025?

The application form for the SJE scholarship will be filled in online mode. Here are the steps to fill Rajasthan Scholarship Form 2024:

1. Rajasthan Scholarship Registration

• Go to the official website at sso.rajasthan.gov.in.

• Now, click on the link of registration and it will show the various options, Choose to register as a citizen.

• A student can register with Jan Aadhar and Google ID.

• After proceeding with an option, enter the details in the appropriate fields and create a strong and memorable password.

2. Rajasthan Scholarship Login

• After registration, a student will have to log in with their Digital ID and password. It will lead to the candidate’s dashboard window.

• On the dashboard, enter details such as Bhamashah number and other details. Now verify and update it.

3. Filling in the Rajasthan Scholarship Form

• On the dashboard, click on the link of scholarship and it will open a pop-up box.

• Select ‘student’ from the radio button list and click on OK.

• Now, select the student's name and it will open the Rajasthan Scholarship Form.

• Enter personal details, address, constituency details, bank details and other details as asked.

• Now, move to upload documents as required.

• Read the disclaimer and accept it.

• Then submit it.

4. Applying for Rajasthan Scholarship

• After registration, the list of available scholarships will be shown on the screen.

• Select any of the scholarships and it will lead to the details of the scholarship along with a registration form.

• Enter current and previous educational details as asked and upload the last exam pass mark sheet.

• Now, fill in the details of fees and upload fees receipt.

• Then proceed to submit the Rajasthan Scholarship Form and note down the scholarship application number.

Documents Required for Rajasthan Scholarship 2025

The following documents are required to apply for the Post-Martic Scholarship and Chief Minister Sarvajan Higher Education Scholarship Scheme:

• Bhamashah ID card

• Aadhaar Card

• Original residence certificate

• Income declaration letter

• Receipt of fees (Coloured scanned copy in jpg/jpeg/pdf less than 1MB)

• Mark sheet of last passed examination

• Caste Certificate (if applicable)

• Bank Passbook

Rajasthan Scholarship 2024 Status

After filling out the SJE scholarship form, students will be given an application number. They can use this application number to track the status of their Rajasthan scholarship application. If they did not get their scholarship amount, they can also check the remarks to know the problem in proceeding with the scholarship.

Rajasthan Scholarship 2025 Disbursement

The scholarship application is verified by the verifier of SJE/DEO/DSEO and approved by DLO-SJE. After that, if they successfully approve the application, the payment is sanctioned and the bill is generated by DLO. Finally, the scholarship amount is deposited into the student’s account.

Students must have a bank account in a scheduled commercial bank connected with the core banking services.

Renewal of Rajasthan Scholarship

Students who got the scholarship in the previous year, do not need to apply as fresh candidates. They need to log in to the Rajasthan Scholarship Portal 2024 and apply again for the scholarship by using the steps given in the above procedure.

Rajasthan Scholarship Amount

Students will not get caution money, security deposit, or development fee in the scholarship amount. They will get the maintenance allowance based on the category.
