State Quota of Scholarship for Odisha NMMS

• A total number of 3314 scholarships shall be distributed among 30 districts.

• There shall be district-wise distribution of scholarships for General, SC, ST, SEBC and Physically Handicapped category candidates.

Selection Procedure for Odisha NMMS

• The qualifying marks for General and SEBC are 40% in aggregate of both of the papers, i.e., MAT and SAT. For the reserved category (SC, ST, PH), the qualifying marks are 32% aggregate in both papers.

• The NMMS Odisha merit list is prepared after considering the total marks in both the papers secured by the candidates.

• Selected candidates will receive a scholarship amount of INR 1000 /- per month for four years i.e. from Class 9 to Class 12 subject to satisfactory academic progress and continuance in institutions of eligible category and registration in NSP.
