To participate in the MSCE Pune scholarship 2026 exam, students must satisfy the following conditions:
Class 4: The student must be enrolled in Standard 4 in a government, aided, unaided, or recognised school in the state of Maharashtra.
Class 7: The student must be enrolled in Standard 7 in a recognised school.
For Class 4: Maximum age should be 10 years (14 years for differently-abled students).
For Class 7: Maximum age should be 13 years (17 years for differently-abled students).
The student must be a permanent resident of the state of Maharashtra.
The exam comprises two papers worth 150 marks each held on the same day. Both papers have multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The subjects included in the exams are First Language, Mathematics, Third Language and an Intelligence test with a duration of 90 minutes per paper.

To pass the MSCE Pune scholarship exam, a student must obtain a high mark to be on the merit list.
A student must score a minimum of 60 marks (at least 40%) in each paper separately.
The government has raised the scholarship money to promote academic excellence.
Class 4 Student: ₹ 5,000 annually (for 3 years).
Class 7 Student: ₹ 7,500 annually (for 3 years).

Students must start practising Mathematics and Intelligence test questions daily to get selected in the MSCE Pune Scholarship exam. These two subjects carry the highest weightage (200 out of 300 marks). Students are advised to go through the MSCE Pune Scholarship previous year question papers to be on the merit list. The form cannot be filled out by parents or students on their own. The school login must be used to process the application.
Contact the School: Students need to inform their class teacher or Headmaster of their intent that they are going to take the scholarship exam.
Submit Documents: Provide all the required documents, such as a recent passport-size photo, signature, and Aadhar card details, to the school administration.
School Login: The school will log in to www.mscpune.in using their UDISE code.
Fee Payment: The payments will be paid online by the school. The general category candidates will have to pay ₹200, and the reserved category(SC/ST/OBC/JNT) candidates need to pay ₹125.
