    The Haryana Government provides various scholarships to Haryana state-domiciled students. The Haryana Scholarship 2026 amount is offered to students of class 1 onwards as per their merit and category. WSCBC releases the Haryana SC BC Scholarship notification online on haryanascbc.gov.in. In Haryana, the scholarship program involves 7 departments and offers 16 different scholarship schemes. A total of 2819 institutes are part of this initiative. To date, there have been 7,88,636 applications, with 5,56,838 total beneficiaries. The total amount disbursed for these scholarships is Rs 1048.76 crore

    Where to apply for Har Chhatravratti Haryana Scholarship 2026

    From the 2026 session, it is mandatory for all students applying for the PMS-SC scholarship scheme to obtain a One-Time Registration (OTR). Students must obtain the OTR through the NSP web portal and the NSP mobile app.

    After obtaining the OTR, students will only need to apply for the PMS-SC scholarship on the State Scholarship Portal (Har-Chhatravritti). There is no need to apply for the scholarship on the NSP portal, as the NSP portal is only to be used for obtaining the OTR.

    Students whose family income is between 1.80 lakh and 2.50 lakh must download the income certificate from the Saral portal and upload it while filling out the scholarship form.

    Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) Compulsory for Haryana Scholarship

    The "Har-Chhatravritti" Portal is a scholarship platform that features a three-tier verification process for applications, ensuring complete authentication of applicants. Student application forms undergo verification at three levels: the Institute, the University/Nodal Body, and the Head Office. The portal is integrated with the Haryana Government's flagship program, the Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) scheme.

    Every applicant must possess a Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) to avail the benefits of the state government's scholarship schemes. The Har-Chhatravritti portal also accommodates students with Haryana domicile who are pursuing studies outside of Haryana, with their applications being directly verified by the concerned department

    HBSE (Haryana Board) usually releases its date sheet for September exams in August end on the official board site. The compartment/improvement exams normally run in the first half of September.
