Bihar Board Class 9 Maths Question Paper Pattern 2026

It is important to note that the Bihar Board 9th Maths answer key 2026 will be released only for the objective (MCQ) section, while the descriptive part may be discussed separately by subject experts. Understanding the BSEB 9th Maths question paper structure is important for evaluating answers using the Bihar Board Class 9 Maths answer key. The BSEB Class 9 Maths exam will be conducted for a total duration of 3 hours and 15 minutes, and the paper will include both objective and descriptive sections.

• The question paper will be divided into an OMR-based objective section and short and long answer-type questions.

• Section A will include 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), out of which students are required to attempt any 50 questions.

• Each MCQ carries 1 mark, and if more than 50 questions are attempted, only the first 50 responses will be evaluated.

• Section B will consist of 30 short-answer questions, of which students must attempt any 15 questions, each carrying 2 marks.
