Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education (BIEAP) has announced the AP intermediate result 2025 for both 1st and 2nd year students on April 12, 2025. In the AP intermediate result, the General stream recorded an impressive 70% overall pass rate for 1st year students and a remarkable 83% overall pass rate for 2nd-year students, marking the highest success rate in the past decades. The AP inter vocational stream also saw strong performance, with a 62% pass rate in 1st year and a 77% pass rate in 2nd year.
AP Inter Pass Percentage 2025 Out, Boys vs Girls, District-wise Analysis When it comes to gender-wise performance in the general stream, female students once again outperformed their male counterparts. In the AP inter 1st year, 75% of girls passed compared to 66% of boys, while in the AP inter 2nd year, 86% of girls cleared the exam, surpassing the 80% pass rate of the boys. The trend of female academic excellence remains consistent with previous years.
AP Intermediate Result 2025: Key Highlights
In the AP Intermediate 2025 exams, approximately 5.25 lakh students appeared for the 1st year and 4.91 lakh students for the 2nd year. The pass percentage for the 1st year rose from 67% last year to 70%, while the 2nd year saw an even more significant improvement, increasing from 78% to 83%. These positive changes highlight the success of recent educational initiatives and the collective efforts of students, teachers, and educational institutions across the state.
