• OAV merit lists are prepared district-wise and must be formally approved by the respective district collector and chairperson of the OAVS.

• Once approved, these lists are published on the official BSE Odisha website, district portals, and displayed on the notice boards of the respective Odisha Adarsha Vidyalayas.

• Shortlisted students will be invited to a mandatory document verification round. Candidates must present original copies and sets of photocopies of the following:

  • Birth certificate (Proof of age)

  • Transfer certificate (TC) from the previous school

  • Residential/Domicile certificate (Proof of residence in the specific block)

  • Caste/Category certificate (If applying under SC/ST/PH/Socially Educationally Backward classes)

  • Aadhaar card of both the student and the parent

• As per the verified documents and the final approved merit list, the admission process will be finalised.

• Parents or guardians are required to visit the assigned OAV campus to complete the final admission formalities.
