Silverzone iCSO - Eligibility, Exam Date, Answer Key, Result

Students must fulfil the eligibility criteria to apply for the iCSO 2026-27 exam. 

• Students must be enrolled in a school affiliated with a recognised board like CBSE, ICSE or different state boards.

• The respective schools must be registered with the Silverzone Foundation.

The ICSO application for 2026-27 is currently ongoing, and the last date to apply is August 31, 2026. Students must contact their respective schools to register for the ICSO exam 2026-27. They can submit their details and application fee to their respective Principals. The application fee for the ICSO 2026-27 is Rs 125/-.

The questions of the Silverzone International Informatics Olympiad 2026 are objective-type, multiple-choice questions. The students in the third grade or above will be given an OMR sheet on which they have to choose the correct option out of the four options.  There is no negative marking. 

To score well in the ICSO exam, students can follow the preparation tips mentioned below.

• Know the syllabus: Knowing the syllabus is very important to prepare for ICSO 2026-27, as this will help you understand which topics are important and on which topics you should pay less attention. 

• Study Plan: Study plans are important because they give a broad timeline to your whole day so that you don't spend your time idly. Making a study plan helps you allocate time to every subject equally and accordingly. 

• Know the relevant books: Knowing the books from which you can extract information is another important aspect in the preparation for the International Informatics Olympiad. The syllabus of ICSO is very broad and includes the syllabus of CBSE/ICSE board textbooks, but studying from additional books will be helpful for you.

• Practice Sample Papers: Practising from mock tests and sample papers gives you an insight into the type of questions that will be asked by the exam. Practising sample papers also helps you with time management and accuracy. 

Students will be able to receive their ICSO 2026-27 admit cards from their respective schools. The students must collect their admit cards to appear in the examination. Those who complete the registration process will be able to get their admit cards. 

The Silverzone ICSO answer key 2026-27 will be released within 30 days after the examination. Students can get the answer key from the official website at silverzone.org/answer-key. They can download the answer keys and compare their responses with the correct answers.

The level 1 ICSO result 2026-27 will be released in January 2027. Students will be able to check the ICSO result from the official website. They can log in using their credentials, or they can contact their school authorities to check their results.
