Yes I have read the syllabus for UIEO exam (unified international english olympiad). For your 9th class you will have to go through vocabulary and functional grammar, reading comprehension and interactive english. Please remember that for acing this exam you will have to practice these portions regularly then

UIEO question papers are more class-specific than syllabus-specific. Please refer the syllabus provided. Unified International English Olympiad question papers are suitable for students following CBSE/ICSE/ISC and various other State Board syllabus.
Yes, class 11th and 12th student can participate in it.

The admission for Postgraduate courses at University of Horticulture Sciences, Bagalkote has not started yet. Only the UG admission are ongoing nowadays.
The admissions will probably begin after the results of B.Sc. Year 3 are declared. So, you should keep a track of the university website.
