The HSLC examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) has concluded for the academic year 2024-25. To pass the exam, students must score the minimum required marks, i.e., 30% out of 100 marks in each subject and overall aggregate score. The exam papers consist of theory and practical papers. The written exam for all the main subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Science, was held for 90 marks, while the remaining 10 marks are assigned for practicals or internal assessment.
The SEBA board uses a grading system to evaluate students’ performance. Students must analyse the exam pattern and syllabus to score passing marks in the exam.
