To be eligible for Maharashtra RTE Admission, a child must meet the following criteria:
Age Limit: The child must be between 6 and 14 years of age.
Residence: The child must be a resident of the state of Maharashtra.
Economic Background: The child must either belong to the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) with a family income below ₹1 lakh per annum or be a member of a Disadvantaged Group, such as the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), or Other Backward Classes (OBC).
