International Punjabi Language Olympiad 2026 Eligibility

Students must fulfil the eligibility criteria to register for the PSEB IPLO 2026 exam.

• The IPLO 2026 will be held in three categories: Class 3rd to 5th, Class 6th to 8th, and Class 9th to 12th.
• Students from the age of 8 years to 17 years are eligible to apply for the International Punjabi Language Olympiad exam.
• Students from India, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada, the UAE, and Other countries can apply.
• The board reserves the right to cancel the registration if it is made in the wrong category.
• A separate syllabus is allotted to each category and is available online for students in PDF format.

How to Register for the International Punjabi Language Olympiad 2026 Online?

• Step 6: Click on the "Register Now" link and submit the details.

After successful registration, students will be required to pay the IPLO registration fee of Rs. 100 for Indian participants and Rs. 800 for international participants. Students will receive an acknowledgement after the payment of the registration fee.

International Punjabi Language Olympiad 2026 Syllabus

Punjabi language experts and scholars developed the IPLO PSEB syllabus and curriculum. Students can download the IPLO syllabus 2026 through the official website, olympiad.pseb.ac.in. The PSEB IPLO syllabus has various aspects of the Punjabi language, consisting of grammar, vocabulary, cultural knowledge, and writing.

The IPLO exam 2026 will have 50 MCQs that need to be attempted in 40 minutes. Out of 50 MCQs, 40 questions are based on the given content, and the remaining 10 questions are based on learning outcomes as per the given syllabus.
