For Regular Scholar

Candidates who have passed class 12 exams (or their equivalent - Regular/ Vocational) / Diploma with at least 60 % marks are eligible to apply for the LIC Jubilee scholarship, provided their family income is not more than INR 4,50,000 per annum. Those who have taken admission in the academic year 2025-26 for pursuing a first-year degree course in the field of medicine, engineering, graduation in any discipline, integrated courses, diploma courses in any field or other equivalent courses, vocational courses through government-recognised colleges are also eligible.
Candidates who have passed class 10 exams or their equivalent with at least 60% marks, and have a family annual income not more than INR 4.5 lakhs per annum. Those who have taken admission in the academic year 2025-26 for pursuing first-year education in the field of vocational/diploma courses through government-recognised colleges/institutions or courses in Industrial Training Institutes (ITI).

For Special Girl Child Scholar

To encourage the education of girl children, LIC has included special provisions for girl child scholars. Girls who want to pursue higher studies in the +2 pattern after passing class 10 exams are eligible to apply for the LIC scholarship 2025. They are eligible to apply to the LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship scheme if their family income is not more than INR 4.5 lakhs per annum and they want to pursue higher education for not beyond two years.

LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarship Amount 2025

Selected students will be awarded with Rs. 40,000/- per annum to pursue higher education in the field of Medicine (MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BDS), and every year, two instalments of Rs. 20000/- will be transferred during the duration of the course, subject to eligibility.
The selected students who pursue higher education in the field of Engineering (BE, BTECH, BArch) will be awarded the amount of Rs. 30,000/- per annum, which will be paid every year in two instalments of Rs. 15000/- each during the duration of the course.
An amount of Rs.20,000/- per annum will be awarded to the selected students who pursues graduation in any discipline, integrated courses, diploma course in any field or other equivalent courses, vocational courses through government recognized colleges /Institutes or courses in Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and will two instalments of Rs.10000/- each during the duration of the course, subject to eligibility.
Rs 15,000 per annum will be awarded for selected special girl child scholars. This amount will also be transferred every year in two instalments of Rs. 7500/- each during the duration of the course.
