No, you can apply because bitsat only accepts candidates who have complete their 12 th standard with 60 % marks. Just wait for your result and apply next year if you want admission only in bits or you can apply to other colleges if you wish but not bitsat. Just think about your future once you take your decision.

Rbse 12 th board exam generally starts in first week of March and ends in March before 25.This year the same schedule will be followed by Rajasthan board of secondary education.In some days official time table will be relased by officials .The result of board exams will be out in second week of May .
