About Assam HSLC 2025

Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) conducts High School Leaving Certification Examination (HSLC) which is a Class 10 exam in Assam. The Assam HSLC application process is conducted in the month of November through respective schools. Students who have passed class 9 are eligible to appear for the Assam HSLC exam 2025.

More About Assam HSLC Exams 2025:

  • The Assam HSLC time table 2025 will be released tentatively in November 2024. The Assam HSLC theory exams will be held in February 2025. The HSLC practical exams 2025 Assam board will be held in February 2025.
  • Students can download the Assam Class 10 routine 2025 PDF from the official website- sebaonline.org.
  • Assam 10th exams 2025 will be conducted for - Maths, English, Social Science, Hindi, Assamese, General Science, and other subjects.
  • Assam HSLC 2025 exams will be organised in two sessions– Morning (9 am to 12 noon) and Afternoon (1.30 pm to 4.30 pm).

SEBA Class 10 Exam Preparation

Students must pull up their socks and start with their preparation for the Assam HSLC exams 2024-25. One of the best ways to prepare for the Assam 10th exams is by solving previous years' question papers of Assam HSLC  or sample papers. It helps students to know about important aspects of the Assam HSLC syllabus, exam pattern, marking scheme, typology of questions, and difficulty level of the SEBA HSLC exam 2025.

Assam HSLC Result Details

  • For the academic year 2024-25, Assam HSLC result 2025 will be declared tentatively in April 2025. Students can access the HSLC result by entering their roll number in the SEBA result 2025 Class 10 login window.
  • The board will also conduct the Assam HSLC compartment exams 2025 after the declaration of the Assam HSLC annual examination result 2025. 
  • The HSLC compartment results 2025 will be released in June 2025

Application Correction Date

A student will have to fulfil some essential eligibility criteria to appear for the Assam HSLC exams 2025. Here are the major eligibility conditions of Assam HSLC 2025.

  • A student must have cleared the 9th standard and studying the 10th standard from a SEBA-affiliated school to be eligible for the Assam HSLC exam 2025. 
  • They also need to fulfil the minimum attendance criteria in class 10th as specified by the Assam Board.
  • Only students whose HSLC applications are accepted by the board and have received the admit card will be allowed to write the SEBA HSLC exam 2025.
  • The application process for the Assam 10th exams 2025 began from October 23, 2024. 
  • Students can apply for SEBA HSLC exams 2025 by filling in the application form through their respective schools or in online mode.
  • They also need to pay the required examination fees to apply successfully for Assam HSLC 2025.
  • Students who belong to Below Poverty Line (BPL) category need not pay any examination fee except the centre fee.

Each student will have to appear for both theory as well as practical exams. The duration of each exam is 3 hours (180 minutes) and the total marks for all the Assam HSLC exams are 600. In SEBA HSLC exams, 30% of questions are easy and 50% are average whereas only 20% tough questions are asked.

                                                                                                                                                                                      • Then fill in the digits as shown on the result screen and click on the submit button.
                                                                                                                                                                                      • Assam HSLC 2025 result will open on the screen. Take a printout of the same and keep it safe for further reference.

                                                                                                                                                                                      The board issues the original mark sheet and passing certificate after the declaration of the result. The board allows students to apply for re-evaluation within 15 days from the date of the result.
