The Central Board of Secondary Education pre-board 12th exams are conducted by individual schools. So, the CBSE 12th pre-board exam dates vary from school to school. Generally, the CBSE pre-board exams I, II, and III for Class 12 are held from November 1 to 10, 2025; November 29 to December 8, 2025; and January 3 to 12, 2026. The pre-board CBSE Class 12 date sheet of some schools was released in November 2025. The main CBSE 12th board exams will be held from February 17 to April 10, 2026.
There were adequate internal tests in the long answer section. This allowed students to choose the questions they were most confident about and attempt the question paper strategically.
