Make learning enjoyable: Along with educating, their primary responsibility is to get kids ready for a better future. Instead of presenting concepts in in-depth, technical lectures, they make their classes engaging and enjoyable.
Connecting to actual events: The children's closest friends are good teachers. By relating various subjects to actual events, they facilitate learning. Using real-world examples, they show how even the most complex subjects can be understood and how doing so would benefit the future.

Compliments like "Come on," "Good job," "Well done," and "Keep it up" go a long way in motivating children. These appropriate remarks have great value in their lives.
