What is the GATE exam?

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering is a Nationwide test that can be taken and is offered in eight different locations. Papers in GATE Exam-

Since 2022, GATE Exams have been offered in 29 subjects. The number of GATE papers has increased to 29 with the introduction of two new papers, GE (Geomatics Engineering) and NM (Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering). Environmental Science and Engineering (ES) and Humanities and Social Sciences (XS) together accounted for 27 subjects in 2020. Now, you can only select one or two papers from the 29 available
