NTSE means National Talent search Examination is conducted by National Council of Education Research and Training which is a national level Examination only for the 10th standard candidate can apply for it.
Application form maybe from your school and after filling it up you can submit to the school authority or you can get it from the liaison's office and collect the form and fill it up properly and submit to them or You can apply online in the official website of NTSE and download the form and after fill it up submit the form online.

This is difficult to predict whether you will be able to qualify NTSE stage 1 examination or not as qualifying cut off marks or not as cut off marks depends upon a number of factors like
* number of students that appeared in the ntse exam,
*kind of marks obtained by them in ntse examination,
*toughness level of the ntse examination etc.

National Talent Search Examination is a national level scholarship exam conducted by NCERT and as per the reservation scheme of described under Indian constitution there is reservation of 27% for OBC-NCL candidates so it is also applicable for NTSE stage 2 and there is fixed quota of every category for distribution of scholarships.
To appear for NTSE stage 2 one should clear the shortlisting cut-off for NTSE stage 1 as declared by their respective state authorities.

Yes, NTSE stage 2 exam has been postponed which was scheduled to be held on June 13, 2021. The new date will be announced after the COVID-19 situation normalizes.

AP NTSE stage 1 result was supposed to be out in the month of April 2021 but it has been delayed by a bit. The results will be declared anytime soon. The official date for the announcement of the results is yet to be notified. It is difficult to predict the cut off as it depends on the total number of candidates appeared, highest marks scored in the exam, lowest marks scored in the exam, previous year cut off etc. These are the factors that determines the cut off. NTSE (National Talent Search Exam), this is a national level exam and this exam was conducted and dates for the exam varies from State to State. Till now only one state i.e. Karnataka has declared the NTSE Result for Karnataka state only, it was released by KSEEB. NTSE in Karnataka was held on January 24th, 2021 and results were declared on March 9th, 2021.
The NTSE Results of all the other states have not been released yet they are yet to be release. So you will have to wait until all the States declares the NTSE Result (Remember the dates of every state may vary from state to state like Karnataka). But the results of all the other states are likely to be release in the month of May, 2021. NTSE phase 2 exam has been scheduled to be held on June 13th, 2021 and results for the same will be released in the month of September, 2021.

In 2020 the cut off for NTSE Karnataka stage 1 for OBC category was 129 marks. In 2021 the cut off marks for stage 1 for OBC category is expected to be in between 125-135 marks. Considering this you have decent chances to qualify in stage 1 and appear for NTSE stage 2. SO you can start your preparation for stage 2. The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination, highest score, least score etc.
