The three reasons why a person think that he or she is sick and ought to see a doctor are :

(ii) fever

During illness our immune system becomes week. For the proper functioning of the immune system, easily digestible food is necessary for a sick person. Also, oil and fat-containing food are not good and could not be digested easily.
