SoSE Delhi School Selection Process

Students will be selected based on their performance in the entrance examination followed by an interview/assessment. The SoSE Delhi School general admission process is as follows:

• Students will be required to fill out the registration form and submit it before the last date.

• After that, they must download the admit card from the official website, edudel.nic.in. the admit card will be released at least a week before the round 1 examination.

• Interested students must sit for the round 1 exam.

• Selected candidates will be called for the second stage of admission which will include an interview/ assessment.

Selection Process Class 9 Admission at HE 21

Students will be selected through a two-stage aptitude assessment.

• The first stage will be a written test including verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and logical reasoning.

• The second stage will include submission of the project and an interview based on their submission.

Selection Process for Humanities

Students will be selected based on their performance in the written examination followed by a group discussion. The written test will include verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning and logical reasoning.

Selection Process for PVA

Admission to PVA is open for Class 9 students only. It is also a two-stage process.

• The first stage is written examination that includes verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning and logical reasoning.

• In second stage, the school will assess the student’s admission in the chosen art field through a portfolio and/or audition and interview.

Selection Process for STEM

STEM offers admission to class 9 and 11 students. They will be selected based on their performance in the aptitude test that covers mental ability, mathematics and science subjects.

• For admission to Class 9, the aptitude test will cover topics from Class 8.

• For Class 11 admission, Class 10 topics will be covered in the examination.

Selection Process for AFPS

The admission process of Armed Forces Preparatory School will include an entrance test followed by an interview and medical screening.

The aptitude test will include Mathematics, English and General Ability (social sciences, general science and general awareness) questions. However, for Class 9 students, the syllabus will be aligned with the Class 8 syllabus.

SoSE Delhi School Admission Age Eligibility Criteria

• For admission to SoS Delhi class 9 students must complete 13 years of age. The maximum age requirement for class 9 is 15 years.

• For admission to class 11, students must be a minimum of 15 years old and a maximum of 17 years old.
