Im an NTSE scholar and have just finished my NEET exam. Will I be preferred over others during the MBBS admission process due to my achievement?
If you are talking about the government medical colleges, then unfortunately not. See according to government medical colleges, the sole criteria of you getting admission over there is your score and rank in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET. It does not matter even an iota that what your other achievements are.
So, in all, you'll not be preferred over others due to your NTSE tag. Hope I have answered your question. All the best!
when will release their ntse merit list 2022? What is the cut off for ntse stage 1 ?
NTSE exams used to happen in the months of November and December. This year too it must happen during that time. Forms for registrations usually outs in August and last till September. After the exams, NTSE will probably release its merit list in January 2023.
Usually the cutoff to qualify NTSE stage 1 is 40% marks in MAT and SAT both for General/OBC category and 32% marks for SC/ST category in MAT and SAT separately.

Hi there.
The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) scholarship test is administered by the NCERT to class 10 students in an effort to promote further study in the social and natural sciences. Students who are interested in applying for an NTSE scholarship must speak with the appropriate school administration. Candidates must pass both of the examination's two phases in order to be eligible for the scholarship programme.
Only Class 10 students from recognised institutions, including those enrolled in open and distance learning programmes, may apply.
2. The pupil needs to be an Indian national.
3. Students must be younger than 18 years old.
4. Students from any state or the UT may apply because there are no residence restrictions.
For students to be eligible to take the NTSE stage 1 exam, several states have a predetermined qualifying percentage of marks on the class 9 exam.

Hello sir,
Hope you are doing absolutely great.
SO with regard to your query, YES your daughter is completely eligible to write the NTSE stage 2 exam. Because, as per the eligibility criteria prescribed by the NTSE, candidates who are appearing for the 10th exams, and those who appeared and result is pending are also eligible for the exam.
Generally those students who are currently studying 10th class in any recognized board are eligible for the Stage 1 exam, and those students who are eligible for stage 1 are also eligible for stage 2.
