is 9th class marksheet necessary for NTSE scholarship
Hi there.
The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) scholarship test is administered by the NCERT to class 10 students in an effort to promote further study in the social and natural sciences. Students who are interested in applying for an NTSE scholarship must speak with the appropriate school administration. Candidates must pass both of the examination's two phases in order to be eligible for the scholarship programme.
Only Class 10 students from recognised institutions, including those enrolled in open and distance learning programmes, may apply.
2. The pupil needs to be an Indian national.
3. Students must be younger than 18 years old.
4. Students from any state or the UT may apply because there are no residence restrictions.
For students to be eligible to take the NTSE stage 1 exam, several states have a predetermined qualifying percentage of marks on the class 9 exam.
my daughter is appearing class X 2022 and result pending will will she be eligible for NTSE stage II exams
Hello sir,
Hope you are doing absolutely great.
SO with regard to your query, YES your daughter is completely eligible to write the NTSE stage 2 exam. Because, as per the eligibility criteria prescribed by the NTSE, candidates who are appearing for the 10th exams, and those who appeared and result is pending are also eligible for the exam.
Generally those students who are currently studying 10th class in any recognized board are eligible for the Stage 1 exam, and those students who are eligible for stage 1 are also eligible for stage 2.

What if I had applied for the NTSE 2022 stage 1 in my 10th grade year, but the gov postponed it and has not announced a date yet...the exam is only for 10th students and now Ive passed to 11th, what about my exam now can I give it now...
Hello student,
According to the rule for the eligibility criteria for student to appear for the NTSE examination he must currently study in class 10th standard to enroll himself for the test. If he had passed that standard and has move to 11, then its not possible to reappear for the examination.
Hope you find it helpful..
