I belong to general caste, and I belong to EWS category. One person from the department of the State Education Board of Assam told me that in NTSE, there is reservation only for OBC category EWS students (Im from Assam). Can i get any kind of reservation in NTSE for being a general caste EWS ?

Hope you are in best of your health , so the answer to your question as follows:-

Reservation

  • Candidates belonging to the Schedule Caste group have been awarded 15% reservation based on national standards.
  • Students from Scheduled Tribes are entitled to 7.5 percent of the total seats available.
  • A provision of 4% reserve has been made for physically challenged applicants or those with Benchmark Disabilities.
  • According to the new NCERT guidelines, applicants belonging to the OBC category would be allowed a 27% quota.
  • It is worth noting that the same reservation provisions will apply to the NCERT Scholarship Scheme.

So , for general EWS category as per now there is no reservations in NTSE.

The application form for NTSE 2021 will be released in the month of October/November 2021. As of now the official schedule is not yet released. Each state will release the application form as per the schedule. You have to wait until the application window is opened. Please keep an eye on updates from time to time. Hello candidate,

The national talent search examination is a national level scholarship examination which provides the students currently studying in class 10th standard with a unique opportunity to grab some interesting scholarships for offered by the government on the basis of their performance in the NTSE stage 1 and stage 2 examinations. Moreover, in order to avail the scholarships the student must pass both level 1 and level 2 examinations successfully. Regarding the first stage of MP NTSE 2021, it was conducted on December 13, 2020 and the first cut off list for stage 1 was released on July 6th and the second cutoff list was released on July 13th.

NTSE 2022 tamilnadu date , weightage and syllabus

Hi aspirants

NTSE stage 1 exam 2022 was conducted in December and January 2022 and NTSE stage 2 exam has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The NTSE syllabus is divided into two parts SAT and MAT as the NTSE exam is held in two stages. NTSE SAT syllabus comprises Maths, Social Science and Science subjects, whereas NTSE MAT syllabus consists of verbal and non-verbal reasoning.

There is no specified syllabus of NTSE exam by NCERT. But the NTSE exam syllabus majorly depends on NTSE syllabus for class 10 and 9. Science, Social Science and Mathematics are the integral parts of NTSE syllabus

  • PAPER I : MAT

exam is in offline mode. the topic are verbal and non verbal reasoning. No of questions are 100. And the total marks is 100. Duration of exam is 2 hours.1 mark is awarded for each correct answer. No marks will be deducted for incorrect or unattempted answer

  • PAPER 2: SAT

The topics are from science, maths and social science. Marks are 100 (Science-40, Maths-20, Social Science-40) .

class 10th details how to prepare for ntse exam?

Hello Abdullah Rahman,

NTSE is national talent search examination conducted by the NCERT for granting scholarships to meritorious students.

The preparation tips are as follows:

  • Students must cover the whole syllabus at least twice before the exam.
  • Student must give practice papers for analysis of weak areas and then work upon them.
  • You should give atleast 2 papers in a week when there are 2 months left for the exam.
  • You should completely focus on the NCERT books including the exemplars which are very helpful.
  • Eat right and exercise daily to avoid getting ill.

Hello, In my ntse exam admit card there is 13 digit roll number. but in the result page they asking (last 9 digit roll number). so how can I check my result.

Hope you are fine , so I think there must be some confusion from your side , please again check your admit card there will be application number and roll number with 9 digit so please fill the roll number not the application number .

When the application form of ntse will declare for 2021-22

Hello,

NTSE application form for Chhattisgarh, Meghalaya, Uttarakhand, Nagaland and Himachal Pradesh has been released. It is expected that the exam of other states will release the NTSE 2021 application form in October/November 2021

Understudies need to download the NTSE structure 2021 from the authority site of NTSE. They need to submit asked documents too, while presenting the NTSE 2021 application structure. The NTSE stage 1 tests will be held in various dates in January 2022. Though the stage 2 test will be hung on June 12, 2022. Aspirants need to fill the stage 1 structure 2021 preceding the NTSE application structure last date. Stage 1 passed understudies no  reason to fill a different NTSE application structure 2021 for stage 2 .
