i missed to submit my NTSE form, today was the last day, i am from UP. will i be able to submit it tomorrow?

Aditya 24th Dec, 2021

Hi aspirant,

Exam Regulatory Authority, Uttar Pradesh had released the NTSE Uttar Pradesh registration form on 15th November 2021. The students were required to download the forms and submit it via their respective schools. The last date to fill the application form was decided to be today , so as you have crossed the deadline there is no way now that you can apply for the examination. Generally  one or two days extension is given so you need to keep an eye on the official website.  However I would request you to not lose hope and apply for the similar types of exam like is KVPY from the next academic year.

As you must be knowing that the NTSE examination is conducted into Two Stages: stage 1 and stage 2.

The stage 1 is conducted by the SCERT which is under the State Authority and NCERT conducts the stage 2 examination at the national level.

Stage 1 examination dates have been released by the respective authorities of states and the stage 2 too will be soon declared.

These are the basic information which I have given to you and if you want to know that will you be able to submit then my answer is no you can't submit when the date is over, you have to submit it in under the date assigned to you to by the Examination Authority.

I am preparing for NTSE stage-1 2022 exam. My question is that (i) which book is best for pratice? (ii) When this exam will take place?

Jiya Garg 22nd Dec, 2021

Dear aspirant!

NTSE stage -1 is conducted at NCERT level. The date of examination is different for different state students. Your profile says that you belong to Orissa so the exam date will be 16 Jan 2022.

So, for that you must prepare well from NCERT. Prepare notes from NCERT, practice previous year paper , Revise regularly, ask your doubts from experts and follow some references book.

Best book for ntse preparation are-

  • A comprehensive Manual for NTSE for class X (English) by Abhijit Guha, N.D. Arora, V. Sasikumar, Divya Johry, Majid Husain
  • Target NTSE Class 10 (MAT + SAT) - Solved Papers Stage 1 & 2 + 5 Mock TestsPaperback– 2013 by Disha experts.

Best of luck!
