You should do nothing about that. Physics, chemistry and biology comes as separate subject only once you reached in class 8th. Till then it's all come under subject science.

So your school will be prescribing you certain book for your subject science,so read that book only and in upcoming higher class you will get to learn about these subjects separately. So learn the science book which is provided by your school to have basic knowledge of physics chemistry and biology.

The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a national level examination conducted by the CBSE every year to select talented students for admission into various courses in engineering and medical colleges. The NTSE is conducted in two stages: Stage I and Stage II.

Stage-I of the exam consists of three subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Stage-II of the exam consists of Biology, English Language and General Knowledge.

Physics :-

Physical world, Units & measurements, Motion in a straight line, Motion in a plane, Laws of motion, Work energy & power, System of particles & rotational motion, Gravitation, Mechanical properties of solids, Mechanical properties of fluids, Thermal properties of matter, Thermodynamics.

Chemistry :-

Basic concepts of chemistry, Structure of atoms, Classification of elements & Periodicity in properties, Chemical bonding & molecular structure, States of matter: Gases & liquids, Thermodynamics, Equilibrium, Redox reaction, Hydrogen, s-Block elements, Some pblock elements, Organic chemistry: Basic principles & techniques. The dates of NSTSE form has been released on the month of january 2022and the exam has been taken on last week.of january 2022 and result also been published in March 2022. Eligibility for appearing National level science talent search examination is Candidate should have class  10 level of examination pass. For the year of 2022 class 11 and class 12 PCB and PCM both groups students are eligible to apply for higher secondary level of national level science talent search examination.

National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is an offline scholarship exam for class 10 students to encourage higher studies in the field of Science and Social science. This exam is conducted by NCERT at two stages. SCERT or other authority of the respective state conducts stage 1 at the state level and stage 2 exam is held by NCERT at the national level.
