This was only valid for year 2021-22 due to covid 19 . So, you can only register through your school.

NO you are not eligible for national Science Olympiad of class 12th as you have said that you have passed class 12th and you will give Improvement Exams now. So, national Science olympiad (level 1) exam can be given by only those students who are in class 1

See till now Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) has not released the results of IEO 2021-22 neither they have released any notification regarding it but it is expected to be released before February 15th 2022, so you have to wait for some more time.
Once it will get released,
SOF has started releasing its of its olympiad exam results. First of all it announced IGKO result of SOF. Other SOF results are expected to be announced in the first week of February 2022.
The result date for Level 1 IMO is expected to release on January, 2022, however, a specific date was not yet specified. Level 2 results will be given on February, 2022.
