As you have mentioned that your neet score is 226 which indeed is not that bad and you fall under ST category which eventually increases your chances of fetching a seat..... See, if we look over previous years cutoff then let me bring this to your knowledge that many students at 217 secured a government seat for BHMS in the decent government colleges... But getting a free seat with this marks is almost negligible.... But if you hold the state domicile, then you would get a better college under state quota seats.... So, relax you may get a government seat for BHMS course, but will not get a free seat with those marks...

Qualifying Exam:
Candidate must have completed their Class 12 from CBSE/ISC/State Board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as the main subject with minimum marks :
For General and OBC aspirants – 60% aggregate;
For SC and ST candidates – 50% aggregate
For PwD candidates - 45% aggregate
In Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
The above mentioned was the eligibility criteria for AIIMS MBBS 2019.
