The Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh (BSEAP) determines the AP SSC passing marks for public exams. To qualify for the exam, students are required to score 35% marks, i.e., they have to score 35 marks out of 100 marks in each subject. The general science paper will be divided into two parts, and each will carry 50 marks in total. Students will get 2 hours to solve this paper. However, for a 100-mark exam, they will get approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes to write the exam. They must ensure to read the AP SSC question paper carefully before answering. The students need to score the passing marks to qualify for the AP Board SSC exam 2026. Students who fail to score the passing marks will be able to appear in the AP SSC compartment examination to improve their marks and pass the examination.
Students appearing for the exam are advised to solve previous years' question papers and read the entire AP Board SSC syllabus. It will help them understand the topics and chapters that will be covered in the exam. Below, we have provided a table with AP Board SSC subject-wise passing marks.
