The Directorate of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh, provides the facility of AP SSC result re-verification and recounting. Students unsatisfied with their scores obtained in the AP SSC results 2026 may opt for AP SSC verification or recounting of their results. The AP SSC application form for reverification/recounting was available online at bse.ap.gov.in.

Students are required to submit the application form as per the format mentioned on the official website. The application fee for re-verification is INR 1000/- per subject. Students need to submit the form for AP SSC result reverification to their respective schools. They need to enclose a copy of the AP SSC hall ticket and a copy of the memo of marks as well. Schools will then process it further. Read further to get more details.
Students who wish to apply for AP SSC result verification should note that they need not apply for recounting separately, as this facility is already included while filling out the AP SSC re-verification application form. Mentioned below are the dates related to the AP SSC result reverification application and other associated events.

Students have to apply in online mode through their schools.
An application form for AP SSC reverification will be published on the official website. Students have to fill it out and submit it to their respective school authorities.
Students must submit their application to schools, and any application form sent by post/courier will be rejected by BSEAP.
Students also need to enclose a Xerox copy of their hall ticket and memorandum of marks. They also need to enclose one self-addressed envelope of 12 X 9 ½ (book size) and another cover of 10 X 4 ½ with the address of the Head master concerned without affixing postal stamps.
The application fee also needs to be paid, which is INR 1000/- per subject applied. Students can choose either e-Payment (online using debit/credit card or net banking via SBI/PayU) or Manual Payment (print the Challan Reference Form and pay at an SBI bank).

Candidates do not need to send a physical application for the re-verification of answer scripts. They have to submit the application form to their respective school authorities only.
The application fee paid will not be refunded.
Fees paid by drawing of Demand Drafts and Cheques will not be accepted by the board.
Requests for undervaluation or overvaluation will not be accepted under any circumstances by BSEAP.
Each student must pay the fee individually using e-Payment or Manual Payment through the Challan Reference Form. Group payments will not be accepted.
If there is a decrease in the marks, the student will be informed and asked to return the original certificate. This is necessary to issue a new certificate with the updated (reduced) marks. The revised marks will also be updated in the official records.
If the student does not return the original memo as instructed, they will be responsible for any issues that may arise later during certificate verification. The department will not be held accountable for the student’s actions.
