No never send your original marksheet to anyone.

When you are applying for NIOS TOC, you have to upload your marksheet scan copy . As on now they don't ask for your marksheet to send them. At maximum in case of any problem they will ask you yourself to be present with your marksheet at NIOS head office Delhi..

from this year nios students are not eligible for neet exam. however you can appear in jee main exam. you are eligible to appear in JEE Main examination after completion of your 12th standard from NIOS Board. Candidates who have completed 12th standard with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects from a recognised board are eligible to appear in JEE Main examination

Yes with your current marks you are not eligible for JEE mains vitee WBJEE BITSAT etc examination. If you are going for NIOS on demand exam then it's better option but after result of on demand exam you can apply for them till then not. They all accept NIOS marksheet.

You are not be eligible as you might not have passed have 12th at that time. The eligibility criteria says the candidates must have passed 12th from any recognized university or institution.

In addition to that you have to upload the documents to the board so you have to have them before hand. For more details you can check the eligibilty criteria of UPSEE 2020:- https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/upsee-application-form

In that case you can register yourself for JEE main which is a National level entrance exam and you can give it even if you don't have your 12th credentials. JEE main is conducted twice a year. Registration for Januray month is completed you can't apply for it now. You can apply for the april month and can give it your maximum effort.

You will get top best college through jee mains if you clear it with a rank below 5k.

NIOS students can appear for improvement exams only once for a subject during the admission period.

Other board students who have passed at least one subject may get NIOS admission under TOC to transfer their marks from their marks from other board to NIOS. Then they will to appear for NIOS exams.
