Stream SA: Students enrolled in XI Standard (Science Subjects) during the given academic year

Stream SX: Students enrolled in XII Standard/ (+2) (Science subjects) during the given academic year

Stream SB: Students enrolled in the 1st

Seats are higher for sa and sx than sb. If you are from general category it is up to 250 rank in both sa and sx . And for sb you have to be in top 3. Are you st then just qualify in case of sa and sx.
