The applications haven't been closed for KVPY exam you can still apply for that exam and write the exam , qualify to get a seat in IISc Banglore. The applications are open till 19th october.The other entrances which IISc Banglore accepts is JEE Mains, JEE Advanced and NEET

Yes application process of  KVPY 2020  has started on july 2020 and 31st August 2020 is the last date of application so if you haven't fill the application form fill it as soon as possible .
