The Central Board of Secondary Education published the CBSE Class 12 Physics sample question paper 2025-26 along with the marking scheme. The CBSE 12th Physics sample paper 2026 includes 5 sections containing MCQs, very short, short, long, and case-study-based questions. Students will have an internal choice in a few questions from sections B, C, and E. They will have to attempt only one of the choice-based questions.

The CBSE board has clarified that special exam for Class 10 sports and olympiad students will be held along with the second board exams in May. CBSE has asked schools to make sure that sports and Olympiad candidates fill the LOC for Class 10 and 12 board exams. Students are allowed to take the second exams for the subjects whose exam dates coincide with their event.
