No, you cannot appear for IOEL (International Olympiad of English Language), NSTSE (National Science Talent Search Examination), or IOQM (Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics) after passing Class 12. These exams are specifically designed for school students up to Class 12. Once you pass Class 12 in 2024, you become ineligible for these exams, even if you try in the same or the next year. These competitions aim to identify talent among school students only.
