Hi,

This a tricky situation to be in. But exam results are declared on the basis of the hall ticket number. That can only be possible if you have applied the form of the board exam. Website did not recognize you as the 12th student unless you fill the form.

See in the announcement made by the Indian government few days back regarding class 12th board examinations they announced that the result will be made on the basis of well defined objective criteria which is not yet decided and within 2-3 days it will get announced by CBSE
