Hello aspirant,
On such percentile and category you have good chances of getting some good colleges in your region through MHT-CET counselling according to previous year's cut-off. Here are some colleges where you can apply for admission,
1. Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology, Navi Mumbai
2. SCTR's Pune Institute of Computer Technology, Pune
3. Fr C Rodrigues Institute of Technology, Navi Mumbai
4. Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, Pune

The above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

Hey Aspirant!
Congratulations for scoring 78 percentile in JEE Mains. Since you haven't mentioned your student category, I am considering you as a general category student. I think 78 percentile is an okaish score. You will be able to manage to secure a seat in an engineering college (probably not CS or IT) BUT another stream for sure. You can check your rank and colleges you'll get from the link provided below:

Hope this helps.
If you want to know more about other engineering entrances or colleges, feel free to ask
