see you can definitely take biology as an isolated subject from recognized education board like nios or other state board to become eligible for neet ug exam.

the basic eligibility criteria for neet ug is candidates need to study physics, chemistry biology and english as a subject in 12th

Is information technology (IT) a vocational subject for 12th Maharashtra HSC board in 2020? If yes, can i replace those marks with Chemistry to get eligible for engineering?

Information Technology is a technical subject.To be eligible to appear in MHT CET a candidates must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects along with chemistry/technical/vocational subject.General category candidates must have passed with atleast 50% aggregate for SC/ST/OBC/PwD it is 45% aggregate.
