The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE) Kerala is responsible for conducting the Higher Secondary Centralised Admission Process (HSCAP). The board started the HSCAP Kerala Plus One admission on May 14, 2025, onwards. Students can apply for HSCAP Kerala Class 11th admission online through the official website, hscap.kerala.gov.in.

Students can apply for the HSCAP Kerala +1 admission online through the official website, hscap.kerala.gov.in, or they can ask the help from their respective class teachers. Check out the general steps below.
Visit the official website, hscap.kerala.gov.in.
Look for “SWS- Apply Online” and select the respective district.
Click on the “Submit” tab.
On the next page, the online application form will open. Make sure to fill in details like registration number, passing month, date of birth, etc, carefully.
Upload all the relevant documents in the given format.
And pay the processing fee as mentioned in the notification and submit.
Take a printout of the filled application form for future reference.
Students applying for admission to HSCAP Kerala +1 2025-26 must submit the required documents along with the application form at the time of admission. Check out the list below:

Club Participation Certificate
Ex-Servicemen Certificate (if Belong to Army Family)
Sports certificate (Any Sports)
Income Certificate
Migration certificate (for students from other boards)
Students who have cleared the Kerala SSLC exam result or any class 10th board exam result (CBSE, CISCE, etc) can apply for the HSCAP Kerala +1 admission 2025-26.
They must score a D-grade or equivalent marks in each paper to be eligible for admission.
Only those who have passed the SSLC exam with the Mathematics subject are eligible to apply for the Science stream with Maths.
Students must complete 15 years by June 1, 2025, to be eligible for HSCAP Kerala +1 admission 2025-26.
Students from other boards must not be more than 20 years of age. However, the board offers the relaxation of a maximum of 6 months of upper and lower age limits for other boards.
There is no minimum age limit for candidates of the KPEB SSLC exam, while the upper age limit is relaxed by 6 months.
For Scheduled Case and Scheduled Tribe students, there is a relaxation of 2 years in the upper age limit.
Whereas, blind, deaf, and mentally challenged students can apply for HSCAP Kerala Plus One admission till 25 years of age.

This year, the government has increased the number of seats in HSCAP Kerala Plus One for the academic year 2025-26 by 30% in government schools and 20% in all aided schools. There are an additional 64,040 seats available for candidates applying for admission to HSCAP Kerala Plus One 2025-26. The overall seats for this year are now 4,41,887, including the 17,290 seats from the previous year. The government has also provided 33,030 seats in vocational higher secondary courses.
The board will release three allotment lists for admission to HSCAP Kerala Plus One 2025-26. Selected students will have to submit the required documents for the verification process and pay the application fee to confirm their seat. Those whose name is not mentioned in the HSCAP Kerala Plus One allotment list can wait for the second and third lists. The last allotment list (including admission for students who appeared for the Kerala +1 supplementary exam result) for admission to Kerala Plus One is July 23, 2025. Yes, your marks in Plus One (Class 11) will affect your rank in KEAM, JEE, and potentially CUET (depending on the university) as these exams consider both Class 11 and Class 12 marks for the final ranking in Kerala.
