How to Upload Documents for Kerala Plus One Admission 2025

Follow these steps to upload Kerala Plus One admission 2025:

  • Go to the official HSCAP Kerala website at hscap.kerala.gov.in

  • Look for the "Online Application" link on the homepage.

  • Students will need to complete the initial registration process, which involves providing basic details.

  • Once the candidates have completed the initial registration, there will be a section within the application form dedicated to uploading documents. This will be labelled "Upload Documents" on the tab

  • Students will see buttons for each document that needs to be uploaded. Click on the designated button ( Choose File)

  • A file explorer window will open, allowing candidates to browse the files on their computer or device.

  • Locate the digital copy (scanned image or photograph) of the required document.

  • Select the file and click "Open"

  • Before uploading, make sure the documents meet the specifications mentioned in the official notification. This includes:


    • File Format: JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg) for photographs and PDF for certificates.

    • File Size Limit: There will be a maximum file size (e.g., 100KB, 200KB) for each document. Ensure your files are within these limits. Students need to resize or compress the images if they are too large.

    • Clarity: Ensure the uploaded documents are clear and legible. Blurred or unclear documents may lead to rejection of the application.

  • After selecting the file, click the "Upload" button next to the file selection option.

  • The portal will show a confirmation message or a thumbnail of the uploaded document if the upload is successful.
