DAV Public School, Dehradun recently celebrated Hindi Diwas with great enthusiasm. On the occasion of Hindi Diwas, the school organised a number of activities in which the students' demonstrated how much they loved the Hindi language. Classes were planned with exercises like slogan writing and poem recitation. The students participated in a variety of events, including poetry and doha recitation based on the value of studying Hindi, and writing essays on the importance of Hindi language.

DAV Public School (DAV) was established in 1989. It is a Co-ed school affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). It is managed by DAV College Managing Committee (DAVCMC). “The goal of the school is to provide the students the courage and fortitude to embark on a global quest. DAV Public School, Dehradun: Other Events

DAV Public School, Dehradun recently celebrated science week. Classes from 3 to 5 presented on the subject of ‘Importance of Water’. Through stage performances, they demonstrated some of the fundamental physical properties of water, including cohesion, adhesion, water's specific heat, and its use as a universal solvent. Students of classes 6 to 8 presented on ‘Eye Donation’ through theatrical performances, sketches, and poems regarding eye donation. A 5R awareness programme on Refuse, Reduce, Recycle, Reuse, and Repurpose for reducing the dependence on plastic was created and spread by students from classes 9 to 12.
