Pathways School, Noida admissions are provided to students from Pre-Nursery to Class 12th. Parents can also contact the Head of Admissions & Communication of the school if they want to to fix an appointment. 

The School’s academic year is from July to June. Parents can apply for admission at any moment during the year, and once a spot opens up, an interaction will be set. Parents will have to fill the online application form through the official website for their child. Here are some general steps of admission at Pathways School Gurgaon:

• Go to the official website of the school at www.pathways.in/noida 

• Then, select the admission tab on the official website

• Click on the online application form and do the needful

• Fill out all the necessary details carefully 

• Then the parents will have to submit a non-refundable prospectus and registration fee as prescribed

• Parents will need to fill in the Student Form if applying for Grades 6th - 12th. Students form is available in the enrollment guide tab. 

Admission Selection Process

• After the submission of application form, an interaction session will be conducted by the Head of Admissions, concerned Principal and the School Director

• The Primary Head will interact with the prospective primary school students, including nursery school students. The child may also be asked to carry out some easy tasks during this.

• Students applying for Grades 6 through 9 must take a written test and an interview. Arithmetic and Basic English proficiency tests are administered.

• Only students transferring from a comparable school are accepted into Grade 10, and their entrance is determined by reports from that school as well as by an interview and exam.

• Interaction and written English and mathematics assessments are required for admission to grade 11. Each candidate for the IB Diploma meets with the school director as well. The candidates must show that they can fulfil the IB Diploma criteria.

• In Grade 12 only transferring IB Diploma Students are admitted.

• Work samples from the applicant's academic career, such as exercise books, portfolios, etc are to be brought during the interactive session.

• Primary candidates (students in Kindergarten through Grade 5) must bring at least one book they are presently reading, either at home or at school.

What after Selection?

• The Admissions Office will provide an Admission Acceptance Letter and Fee Proforma Invoice upon granting admission. 

• Within 15 days after the date of the admission acceptance letter, parents should send the fully signed duplicate copy of the admission acceptance letter along with the admission fee and refundable security deposit as specified in the fee proforma invoice to confirm and reserve the spot for their child/ward.

• The enrollment contract will be provided during the visit to the school. The document has to be signed and dated in front of an admissions counsellor.

• The student's ID number will subsequently be assigned by the admissions office.

Documents to be submitted with application form

• Copies of past scholastic record of at least two years previous to this application, if applicable

• Transport Request Form for students opting to use school transport

• Student Health Form which is available in the enrollment guide tab

• Consent Form which is available in the enrollment guide tab.

• Meal Form which is available in the enrollment guide tab.

• 6 Passport size photographs of the student with name written behind each photograph

• 1 Passport size photograph of each parent with name written behind each photograph

• Copy of student’s valid passport

• Copy of student’s birth certificate or an age proof

• Copy of proof of residence of parents/parent

The parents of the student will have to pay an application and registration fee of INR 30,000/- and admission fee of INR 1,65,000/-. 

In addition to the annual school price, students who intend to enrol in the programme in April or May must pay a pre-term charge.
