Starting from the 2025-26 academic year, the CBSE Class 10 board exams will be conducted twice a year—in February and April. However, CBSE has not announced any such change for Class 11. CBSE follows the same curriculum structure for both Class 11 and Class 11. The CBSE Class 11 curriculum is divided into four categories, including languages, main subjects, academic electives, and subjects for internal assessment.
The CBSE Class 11 syllabus 2025-26 academic year follows a 9-point grading system. The board CBSE 11th exams will be conducted for either 80 or 70 marks, with an additional 20 or 30 marks allocated for internal assessments or practical exams in compulsory subjects. To pass, students must secure a minimum of 33% in each subject, considering both written exams and internal assessments.
