The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) issues a digital migration certificate for students who have cleared classes 10th and 12th from the CBSE board. Students can apply and download the digital CBSE migration certificate online through the DigiLocker app. Earlier, the board used to provide the hard copy and soft copy of the CBSE migration certificate. However, from the 2025 examination onwards, the board will issue digital copies only.
The board follows a centralised evaluation system where answer sheets of the students are coded to maintain anonymity and ensure fair marking across centres.
