The exam conducting body has released Sainik School admission form online on August 5, 2019. Students need to follow the mentioned steps to apply for Sainik School Rewa admission 2020:
Step 1: Visit the official website, sainikschooladmission.in and click on the "Application" link on the home page. Fill in the requisite information and click on "Save" to generate the User ID and Password and save it.
Step 2: Scanned copy of the photograph (passport size) and signature of the applicant must be uploaded in the below-given size and format respectively.
Scanned copies must be in .jpg format.
Image size of photograph and signature must be less than 1 MB.
Step 3: Once done with the uploading of the scanned images, students need to pay the application fee of Rs. 400/- (Rs. 250 for SC/ST) online for the Sainik School admission 2020.
Step 4: Now the applicants need to upload the scanned copy of the Domicile Certificate, and Caste certificate, Birth Certificate. The format of the same must be .jpg, .png, .pdf

The applicants who qualify in the written test will be required to appear later for the Medical Test from February 20 to March 10, 2020. The medical test is the second round of Sainik School Rewa admission 2020 that will be held at selected places. Some important health details that should be as per the consideration of Sainik School are mentioned below:
Children with special needs will not be admitted due to the strict curriculum of Sainik School.
The minimum acceptable visual standard must be 6/6 for both the eyes. The distant vision must be 6/18 for both better eye and worse eye.
There should be no history of the weak constitution, imperfect development or obesity of the applicant.
Students with the impediment of speech, malformation of the head or any other deformity cannot be admitted in Sainik School.
Remedial operations are meant to be performed prior to the entry. The school will not accept any liability for the expenses incurred.
Sainik School Rewa admit card will be issued on December 2, 2019, on the official website. Sainik School admit card contains the basic details of the applicant and the information regarding the examination venue. Students must remember to bring their admit card on the day of the exam or else they will not be permitted to sit in the exam.
Question papers will be released by Sainik School Rewa after the declaration of the result. Sainik school question papers let students go through the frequently asked questions, difficulty level and marking scheme of the exam. Solving the previous year's Sainik school question papers also helps in keeping a check of student's preparation status. Students must prepare for the entrance exam from these previous year question papers as this will result in better preparation and increase the chances of the selection in Sainik School.
After the conduction of the entrance exam, the exam conducting authority will release the official answer key on the official website. These answer keys will help the students to evaluate their performance and calculate their probable scores. Sainik School answer key also helps the students to know the chances of their selection in the Sainik School.
Sainik School Rewa result will be announced in the first week of February 3, 2020. Students who will qualify the written exam will then be called for the medical test. The final merit list after the medical test will be released in the month of March 2020. A final merit list will be released after evaluating the applicant’s written and medical test.
The final merit list will be released on March 20, 2020, after analysing the total score obtained by the students. Both the marks of the written and medical test will be calculated and added on the time of final merit list preparation. In case of any tie in the scores of two students, following tie-breaking rules are incurred:
Students scoring more marks in Maths will be considered if there is a tie between the overall marks of two applicants.
Marks of English will be taken into consideration if the tie still exists for admission in Class 9th. On the other hand for admission in Class 6th, marks scored in Intelligence Test will be taken into consideration.
If the tie still exists marks for General Science (Class IX)/Language (class VI) will be considered.
In case all the above-mentioned tie exists, the applicant of a younger age will be taken into account.
