Sainik School Gopalganj 2020 Admission- Eligibility Criteria

Students appearing for AISSEE 2020 Exam are required to meet Sainik School Eligibility Criteria, which are given below:

  1. Students seeking admission in Classes 6 and 9 must be studying in Classes 5 and 7, respectively, in a recognized school.

  2. Students seeking admission in Classes 6 and 9 should be between the age of 10-12 years and 13-15 years, respectively. Students must meet the minimum age requirement by March 31, 2020.

Sainik School Gopalganj 2020 Entrance Exam Syllabus

  1. The AISSEE syllabus 2020 for Class 6th and Class 9th entrance exams has been prescribed by the Sainik School Society.

  2. The entrance test will comprise questions from the topics covered in Class 5 CBSE and Class 8 CBSE for admission to Class 6 and Class 9, respectively.

  3. The entrance test for Class 6 will comprise questions on composition, antonyms, synonyms, tenses, et cetera from English, and addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, and more from Mathematics.

  4. The entrance test for Class 9 will comprise questions from Mathematics, Science, History, Civics, English, and Geography.

Sainik School Gopalganj Admission 2020 Admit Card

Sainik School Society will release the Sainik School 2020 admit card on December 2, 2019. Students can download the admit card from the official website of Sainik School Society. In order to download the admit card, students would be required to enter their application number and password, generated at the time of filing of application form. After downloading the form, students must check all the details mentioned in it, and carefully read the instructions they are expected to follow on the day of examination. They must carry their admit card to the exam hall, otherwise, they would not be allowed to sit for the AISSEE 2020 exam.

Sainik School Gopalganj 2020 Result

Evaluation of answer scripts will begin on January 12, 2020. Sainik School result with roll number wise merit list and call letters will be issued from February 3 to February 7, 2020. The final merit list and waiting list will be published on March 20, 2020 after the Medical exam, which will be held from February 20 to March 20, 2020.

Students belonging to SC/ST category will be admitted on the basis of inter-se merit at the entrance examination within these categories. If a student belonging to SC/ST category comes in the general merit on their own, they would be admitted against the general seat and would not be adjusted against the reserved share of SC/ST seats.

Sainik School Gopalganj Admission 2020- Tie-Breaking Criteria

  1. If there is a tie with regard to the overall marks, then the marks scored in Mathematics will be considered.

  2. If there is a tie there also, then marks for English for class 9 and Intelligence Test for Class 6 will be considered, and thereafter, marks for General Science for Class 9 and Language for Class 6 will be considered.

  3. If there is a tie there also, then the student younger in age will be selected.

  4. Marks obtained in the written test will determine the final position of the students on the merit list.

Sainik School Society will release the cutoff list along with Sainik School Gopalganj result on February 3, 2020. Students who obtained the cutoff marks will be called for a medical exam. Sainik School Gopalganj 2020 Medical Exam

Students who qualify the entrance examinations will be examined by a Medical Board. The medical exam will be conducted from February 20, 2020, to March 10, 2020. Sainik School Society is an autonomous authority which conducts admission in all 31 Sainik Schools across the country and Students are admitted in class 6 and 9 on the basis of All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE) which is held in two stages.

The authority has released the registration form on August 5, 2019. Students can fill the admission form until October 10, 2019.
