• Students studying in Class 10 in schools affiliated to Bihar Government/CBSE/ ICSE/Bihar State Madrasa Education Board and Bihar Sanskrit Education Board are eligible to appear in NTSE Bihar 2024.

• Students registered under Open Schooling are also eligible to appear for NTSE Bihar 2024, if they are not employed in the government sector, appearing for the first time, and are below 18 years of age.

• There are no restrictions on domicile. But the school of a student must be located in the Bihar state.

• Getting a scholarship from any other source will lead to the cancellation of the NTSE scholarship for that period/year.

• Go to the official website: scert.bihar.gov.

• Click on the link of 'Candidate Registration and Login'.

• Now, students need to click on 'New User click here to Register' in order to create a Login ID and Password.

• Enter all details and click on 'Send OTP'.

• Validate the mobile number and Email ID by entering the OTP and submit it.

• Login details will be shown on the screen or sent to the registered mobile number and Email ID.

• Now, login to the portal using the same.
