Students must note that the languages and electives like Hindi, English, Social Science, Mathematics, and Science, will be conducted on a fixed day as mentioned in the exam schedule. The examination of regional and other languages will be held in a single day.
Candidates are allowed to take CBSE Term 1 and Term 2 board examinations in up to two phases during the respective academic year. One exam would be considered the main examination, and the other would be for improvement, as per the students’ desire.

The Central Board released the CBSE practical exam schedule on October 16, 2025. The CBSE Class 10 practical exam 2026 is being held from November 6 to December 6, 2025, for winter-bound schools.
